Several of the works will be presented at PAPER POSITIONS art fair, May 2-4. TAA Booth #17. The fair is in the main hall of Tempelhof Airport, U-Platz der Luftbrucke. Opening times: Friday May 2, 1:00 - 6:00. Saturday May 3, 11:00 - 8:00. Sunday May 4, 1:00 - 6:00.
Crosswinds are unexpected. They throw a car, a plane, a boat off-course and can be life-threatening. Cross Winds are angry winds, whims of capricious weather gods. These are the times we live in.
The works for this show have been whacked and rhymed, danced and blindly kissed into existence during the last year. They are improvisations on paper, spontaneous compositions sourcing memories of fights and flights, investigations into labyrinths I’d rather not talk about.
